1938-2024
Lawyer, Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), 1962.
He was the founder of the law firm. He was a judicial officer, President of the Criminal Law Committee of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, and a UBA Professor of Business Criminal Law.
He was also a criminal law advisor to the Minister of Economy of Argentina. He was a member of the Business Criminal Law Commission of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA).
He was President of the Buenos Aires Rotary Club, 2002-2003.
Francisco is a lawyer who graduated with honors from Universidad de Buenos Aires. He earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the same University.
He is a tenured professor and postgraduate course lecturer in Criminal Law and Criminal Law Procedure at Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad del CEMA. He was also Secretary of the Department of Criminal Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires.
He is a regular speaker and coordinator at conferences on criminal law and criminal law procedure, has written many articles in domestic and foreign publications, as well as several books, including «Criminal Liability of Legal Persons and Compliance.”
Before joining Castex Pauls law firm, he served as an official of the Judiciary and the Public Prosecutor’s Office. Additionally, he has worked as a consulting lawyer for the National Congress, as Secretary of the Judiciary Council, and as a consultant for the Anti-Corruption Office.
Francisco is an officer of the International Bar Association (IBA) Business Crime Committee, a member of the Criminal Law Committee of Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, and a participating member of such lawyers’ associations as Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal, Colegio de la Abogacía de La Plata, and Colegio de Abogados de Rosario.

Luciano is a lawyer who graduated from Universidad de Belgrano. He majored in Criminal Law at Universidad de Palermo.
He is also a guest lecturer in Criminal Law training courses at the Argentine tax authority AFIP and other government agencies.
Before joining Castex Pauls law firm, he served as an advisor to the National Public Defender’s Office, as a secretary of Federal Criminal and Correctional Public Defender’s Office No. 3 in and for the Federal Capital, as a Clerk of Federal Criminal and Correctional Court No. 1 in and for the Federal Capital, and as an acting secretary of the Tax Crime Clerk’s Office of Federal Criminal and Correctional Court No. 1 of San Isidro District.
Luciano is a member of the Committee on Justice of Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, as well as a member of the Committee on Education of Buenos Aires Rotary Club and lawyers’ associations Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal and Colegio de Abogados de San Isidro.

Rosario is a lawyer who graduated with honors from Universidad de Buenos Aires. She earned a master’s degree in Criminal Law from Universidad de San Andrés. She was also granted a scholarship for post-graduate studies in Digitization and Law at Würzburg-Universität, Germany. She completed a research internship program in preparation for her master’s degree dissertation paper at Georg August-Universität, Göttingen, Germany.
She was also a member of the Universidad de Buenos Aires participating team that ranked first in the Third Edition of the International Criminal Court (ICC) Moot Court Competition, which was held in 2015 at The Hague, the Netherlands.
She is a professor of Foundations of Criminal Law and Criminal Law Procedure at Universidad de Buenos Aires, and also a post-graduate studies guest lecturer in Criminal Liability of Legal Persons and Compliance, a chair in charge of J.D. Francisco Castex at the same University.
She participated in several national conferences on criminal law and criminal law procedure. She also authored may articles published in legal journals.
Rosario is a member of the Committee on Criminal Law of Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, as well as a member of Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal.
